Looking for some high-quality photos of your surf lesson with us in Watergate Bay? You're in luck!
We've partnered with some of the best photogaphy/videography freelancers in Newquay for you to book and capture your best waves.
Once you've booked and scheduled your lessons with us, you just need to contact your preferred freelancer, see when they're free, and book them independently.
Remember: the more notice you can give the freelancer, the more likely they are to be available!
Please Note: all freelancers are independent of Blue Surf School. You will need to book their services directly and they will have their own T&C/cancellation policies.

All the Newquay-based photographer's listed are independent professional freelancers with varying levels of experience.
As such they have created their own packages and set their own pricing.
The more expensive freelancers/packages will often reflect their experience and the work involved in capturing, editing, and delivering your photos/videos.
Yes, as far as we're aware, all of the surf photography packages can be book whether you're on a group surf lesson or a private surf lesson with us in Watergate Bay.
As always, we'd recommend you chatting to the freelancer before booking to double check this.
Once you've booked your surf lesson with us in Watergate Bay you'll need to pick your preferred freelancer and package.
You'll then contact them directly to check their availability, pay for the service, and coordinate everything.
Absolutely!
Each photographer is freelance and so will only be at the surf school for services that have been booked and paid for in advance.
The more notice you can give the freelancer, the more likely they are to be available.
If your preferred photographer isn't available on the day/time of your lesson then we have two options:
1) We can look at moving your lesson to a day/time that the freelancer is available - this is only possible if there is availability at the surf school. The more notice you can give us the better.
2) You contact another one of our freelancers to see if they are available instead!
This will come down to each freelancer's individual T&Cs and cancellations policies.
Please ask them any questions you may have before you book to avoid confusion or disappointment!
As each photographer/freelancer is independent and offer different packages - their delivery times and methods will vary.
Our recommendation is to clarify this information with them when booking to manage your expectations.
It is extremely unlikely that you won't be satisfied with your photos/videos.
However, we'd recommend directing questions like this to your photographer before booking to manage your expectations and avoid conflict at a later date.
Please note that booking a photography package doesn't guarantee you'll get a picture of everyone in your group standing. This is due to the challenging nature of surf photography and the fact someone my only get to the feet once (or maybe not at all) in the whole lesson.
If the photographer was capturing an image of someone else at the time, they may miss that moment.
That doesn't mean you wont get a load of other amazing pictures from your session to enjoy though!

It doesn't matter how good your surf photographer is is you haven't booked a surf lesson for them to capture.
Remember that the futher in advance you book your surf lesson, the more available your chosen photographer is likely to be!
