Returning Customer Booking Process
Well well well... look who's come crawling back!
Gemma and I can tell you for a fact that NOTHING brings us more joy than a familiar face at Blue Surf.
As a returning customer you'll now need to book surf lessons through your Blue Surf Customer Portal - this blog post is a helpful step-by-step guide to walk you through the process.
Put simply the booking process for a returning customer is as follows:
- Go to the Customer Portal
- Login
- Add a new booking
- Add your returning customer discount code (which can be found in your follow-up email after your last lesson with us)
- Complete payment, schedule any remaining lessons, sign a new waiver if it has been over a year since your last activity with us!
Below we've broken this down further with screenshots so there's no confusion.
Step 1: Head to the Blue Surf Customer Portal
There are two ways you can do this:
Method 1: Go to Blue Surf's website -> Expand the menu options -> Scroll down and click "Customr Portal Login"

Method 2: Click the blue "Book Now" button -> Click "Returning Customer? Login here" in the top right

Step 2: Sign in using your user email and password
Your email would have been the one you used when you first booked with us. Forgotten passwords can be reset!

Step 3: Click "+ New Booking"

Step 4: **IMPORTANT STEP** - Lesson selection and ADD YOUR DISCOUNT CODE!
Select the lesson type, number of lessons, and number of participants you're booking for PLUS add your returning customer discount code

Step 5: Complete the booking process as normal
Select the date/time of your first lesson, complete the questions in the booking form, enter the details of any other participants
Step 6 - Final: Finalise payment, schedule your remaining lessons, and have participants sign any outstanding digital waivers!

**PLEASE REMEMBER** - until you've completed payment your booking is NOT confirmed or scheduled on the system
