Returning Customer Booking Process

Well well well... look who's back!

Gemma and I can tell you for a FACT that nothing brings us more joy than seeing a familiar face at Blue Surf.

As a returning customer you need to log into your Blue Surf Customer Portal to book future surf lessons or yoga classes.

This blog post is a helpful step-by-step guide to walk you through the process.

A simplified version of the booking process for a returning customer is as follows:

  1. Go to the Customer Portal
  2. Log in (check your first ever email from us for your login details, or just re-set your password and save the details for next time)
  3. Add a new booking
  4. **If booking surf lessons add your returning customer discount code (which can be found in your follow-up email after your last activity with us)
  5. Complete payment, schedule any remaining lessons, sign a new waiver if it has been over a year since your last activity with us!

Step 1: Head to the Blue Surf Customer Portal

There are two ways you can do this:

Method 1: Go to Blue Surf's website -> Expand the menu options -> Scroll down and click "Customer Portal Login"

Method 2: Click the blue "Book Now" button -> Click "Returning Customer? Log in here" in the top right

 

Step 2: Sign in using your user email and password

Your email would have been the one you used when you first booked with us.

Login details would have also been emailed to you when you first booked with us but forgotten passwords can be reset!

 


Step 3: Click "+ New Booking"

 


Step 4: **IMPORTANT STEP** - Activity selection and ADD YOUR DISCOUNT CODE!

Select the activity type, number of sessions, and number of participants you're booking for PLUS add your returning customer discount code if booking surf lessons.

 


Step 5: Complete the booking process as normal

Select the date/time of your first lesson, complete the questions in the booking form, enter the details of any other participants

TOP TIP: you can find participants that you've booked for previously in the "Suggested" tab

 

Step 6 - Final: Finalise payment, schedule your remaining lessons, and have participants sign any outstanding digital waivers!

 

**PLEASE REMEMBER** - until you've completed payment your booking is NOT confirmed or scheduled on the system
