At Blue Surf School Our Core Value is Kindness...
We thought loooooong and hard about what our values might be and we kept coming back this one. Let's be honest - who doesn't like to be kind???
We focus our kindness on four key areas: Customers, Community, Environment, and Colleagues.
Now, we've got a bee in our bonnet about companies who preach their lovely values but always fall short of them when it really matters.
So we plan on showing you what we're doing to embody our core value rather than just telling you. We'll be highlighting our successes, talk about things we're working on, and even point out the areas we want to do better at.
That's why our motto is "Kindness in Motion", and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
