    Location: Watergate Bay

    Duration: 2.5 Hours (getting ready and lesson)

What To Expect:

  • Surfing

    Arrival - 30 Minutes BEFORE Lesson Starts:

    Arrive and check-in | Change into your wetsuits | Meet your instructor and grab your boards | Head to the beach.

    The Beach - First 30 Minutes:

    Safety briefing | Exercise science led warm-up | Surf skills and theory based on your surfing ability/lesson type

    The Ocean - Final 90 Minutes:

    Catching as many waves as you can with plenty of 1-2-1 support from your instructor along the way.

    Finish - Back at Blue Surf:

    Have a debrief | Get changed | Make the most of your 10% food and drinks discount at Recharge Coffee!

  • Coasteering

    Arrival - 15 minutes BEFORE session start time:

    Arrive at the Newquay Coasteering van | Sign-in and kit-up | Valuables/bags can be locked in the van

    Safety & Start - First 30 Minutes:

    Take a short 5 minute walk to starting location | Safety briefing and kit check | Start of the coasteering adventure! 

    The Coasteering - Final 120 Minutes:

    2-hour action packed guided coasteering adventure swimming, climbing, traversing and jumping from rocks into the water below.

    Finish - Back to the Car Park:

    Short 5 minute walk back to the van for changing and debrief.
